CMMM Intelligent Manufacturing Maturity Assessment

The China Manufacturing Maturity Model, abbreviated as CMMM, is a maturity model used to implement intelligent manufacturing process improvement and enhancement. CMMM covers three basic elements of personnel, resources, and technology, as well as manufacturing elements (including the entire lifecycle of product design, production, logistics, sales, and services)

CMMM can help enterprises understand the current level of intelligent manufacturing capabilities and the effectiveness of intelligent manufacturing implementation. If the manufacturing scenario requirements and business objectives are not met, CMMM can effectively guide enterprises to implement intelligent manufacturing construction, thereby improving and optimizing the manufacturing process. The core of CMMM is a set of predefined, replicable, and customizable combinations of capability domains/sub domains that can be applied to manufacturing enterprises of different production organization modes, industries, and scales.

Maturity level is a clearly defined set of progressive improvement goals for intelligent manufacturing. CMMM is divided into 5 levels, which are further divided into CMMM predefined maturity levels and user-defined capability levels. Each evolving level adds new requirements or enhances the level of intelligence on top of the previous level, thereby enhancing the level of intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

Intelligent manufacturing engineering covers the construction of multiple levels such as intelligent workshops, intelligent factories, and intelligent supply chains, and requires scientific methods as guidance. CMMM is a flexible model that can be applied flexibly. It can build differentiated model application methods for different system levels, helping enterprises achieve different business and business goals, break free from the "pilot trap", avoid detours, and guide manufacturing enterprises to accurately implement intelligent manufacturing engineering

Since 2018, the company's CMMM evaluation team has delved into numerous manufacturing sites from a standardized perspective, accumulating a deep understanding and experience accumulation of the entire process and elements of intelligent manufacturing.
