System monitoring principle

When the floor is running and conveying at high speed, an industrial customized wavelength light source with a specific wavelength is used and a transmission lighting method is adopted, and real-time online scanning is performed through an industrial CCD camera. The system processes the collected floor surface image through the StarsPlas intelligent detection software algorithm, so that the detection system can detect defects. The detection software sends the NG product signal to the rejection system, and the automatic flip mechanism removes the waste sheet. The positive and waste sheets are automatically stacked by the robot.

Use of image data

1 During the equipment commissioning and maintenance period, the supplier may collect, store and analyze the image data and machine operation data collected by the on-site machine according to the needs.

2 The supplier has the obligation to keep these data confidential and shall not copy the data to a third party without the permission of the purchaser. At the same time, the supplier shall perform necessary encryption processing on the data.

3 The user data collected by the supplier must be used to improve the performance of the equipment and user experience, and user data beyond the scope of the contract shall not be collected.

4 After the termination of the contract, the purchaser has the right to require the supplier to delete all data related to it.

5 If the supplier displays certain pictures due to the need to display its own products, it must ensure that the pictures do not have any additional information, such as specification number, production process, production time, customer name, etc. And the pictures must be processed to compressed quality and have no secondary use value.
