You can select the extrusion machine according to the production capacity. There are two models of Starsplas extrusion machines, i.e. extrusion machine 115 and extrusion machine 130. SPC/PVC base materials are extruded by the extrusion machine and the T-shaped die head by using three-roll calendaring machine and four-roll calendaring machine respectively. SPC/PVC wear-resistant layer, SPC/PVC color film and SPC/PVC base material are laminated at one time through heating. These products are embossed. The process flow is simple. Products can be formed by approaching the heating source. No glue is required.


Product advantages
1.The screw is designed with a special mixing function and achieves a high plasticizing capacity, which guarantees the uniformity and high productivity of plastic melting and coloring.
2. The hanger-type die head adopts the double-throttling design, which enables sheets to be adjusted more accurately.
3. The temperature control precision can be limited to ±1℃. The plasticizing process, thickness and surface smoothness of sheets can be controlled accurately.
4.The rolls can be arranged in the vertical or horizontal way or free adjustment way. More choices can be provided based on the sheet thickness.
5. The sheet thickness can be controlled accurately through screw adjustment and hydraulic press roll dual-directional adjustment.

1. What is the difference between a flat twin extruder and a conical twin extruder?
Flat twin-screw extruder and conical twin-screw extruder are two common types of extruders. The screw of the machine is arranged in a conical shape. ②The feeding method is different: the feed port of the flat twin-screw extruder is usually at the top of the extruder, while the feed port of the conical twin-screw extruder is on the side of the extruder. ③The scope of application is different: the flat twin-screw extruder is suitable for processing high-viscosity, high-molecular-weight materials, while the conical twin-screw extruder is suitable for processing low-viscosity, low-molecular-weight materials. ④ Different discharge methods: flat twin-screw extruders usually use panel-type dies for extrusion molding, while conical twin-screw extruders usually use cylindrical dies for extrusion molding. In general, there are obvious differences between flat twin-screw extruders and conical twin-screw extruders in terms of structure, feeding method, scope of application and discharging method, and it is necessary to choose a suitable extruder according to specific processing requirements model.
2. What is the output of the flat twin extruder?
The flat twin extruders sold by Starsplas are available in two models: Model 130 and Model 160. The 130-type extruder has a daily production capacity of 38-40 tons, and can produce about 4,500m2 of flooring per day; the 160-type extruder, with a daily production capacity of 50-60 tons, can produce about 7,000m2 of flooring per day.
