Workflow:

The automatic unpacking machine automatically transports pallets of bags to its gripping area via a roller conveyor. The gripping mechanism descends to grab each layer of bags, then lifts and moves the entire layer horizontally. A cutting device breaks the bags, and a material emptying device empties the bags. The material falls into the hopper by gravity, and the empty bags enter the waste bag collector, where they are compressed and output.

Once the entire pallet of bags has been unpacked, the roller conveyor automatically transports the empty pallet to the pallet collection mechanism for automatic collection and stacking.

Automatic Control System

Safety and Cleanliness
1) A rotary level indicator (optional) can be installed at the hopper. When the level indicator stops rotating, the equipment pauses until the level indicator resumes rotation.

2) Exposed transmission components are mechanically protected, and all maintenance doors and electrical cabinet doors can be locked.

3) The equipment is equipped with light curtain protection to prevent personnel from entering the bag-grabbing area of ​​the unpacking machine.
