Extrusion Machine Solutions
You can select the extrusion machine according to the production capacity. There are two models of extrusion machines, i.e. extrusion machine 115 and extrusion machine 130. SPC/PVC base materials are extruded by the extrusion machine and the T-shaped die head by using three-roll calendaring machine and four-roll calendaring machine respectively. SPC/PVC wear-resistant layer, SPC/PVC color film and SPC/PVC base material are laminated at one time through heating. These products are embossed. The process flow is simple. Products can be formed by approaching the heating source. No glue is required.

UV Coating Machine Solutions
Starsplas produces two kinds of UV coating machines: standard UV coating machine and ultra-scratch-resistant UV coating machine. Ultra-scratch-resistant UV glazing machine is an upgraded technology based on the standard UV glazing machine. UV coating is a kind of surface treatment. The coat can be cured through UV radiation, or it can protect the prime material from the hazardous effect of such radiation. UV coat is a kind of very glossy liquid coat. It is applied to the surface of printing paper and can be cured on the printing press or special machines that applies UV. The coating will be hardened or cured when being exposed to UV radiation.

Grooving Machine Solutions
The grooving machine is mainly used for grooving panels. The long edges are grooved first, followed by short edges. Starspla produces both ordinary grooving machines and high-configuration grooving machines. Ordinary grooving machines include model 6+6 and model 8+8. High-configuration grooving machines are chevron floor grooving machines.

Mute Pad Laminating Machine
The floor pad laminating machine equipped with the automatic cutting system and lateral trimming system is specially used for laminating the cushion pad (IXPE/EVA) to the back of the floor. Starsplas mainly produces floor mat compound machine 310 and floor mat compound machine 200. Floor mat compound machine 310 is specially designed according to the requirement of users in the floor industry. Floor mat compound machine 200 featuring steady operation and convenient adjustment has been highly praised by users. Both the fully-automatic type and the semi-automatic type are available. HF 310 is applicable to back laminating of compound floors, wood floors and SPC floors.
